During the years Monique assisted me at my daycare she was excellent at not only engaging the children according to their individual needs and interests but, she also proactively communicated with parents. She was consistent in her expectations of the children while helping them build upon milestones. Monique was loved by all the kids. She was not just an assistant she completely engaged with the kids in every way. She was a pure joy to work with and the kids absolutely loved her. She is responsible, reliable and professional.
